a. In the event of a cancellation by the participant(s) for any reason, refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:
100% refund of the total booking amount if the cancellation is made 21 days or more before the start date of the tour.
No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 21 days of the start date of the tour or in case of a no-show.
b. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving a written cancellation request from the participant(s).
a. Hasnlay Kashmir Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
b. In the event of a tour cancellation by Hasnlay Kashmir Tour and Travels, participants will be offered the option to reschedule for an alternative date or receive a full refund of the total booking amount.

a. Skiing activities are highly dependent on weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather affecting the safety of the participants or hindering skiing activities, Hasnlay Kashmir Tour and Travels may need to cancel or reschedule the tour.
b. Participants will be informed of any weather-related cancellations or changes as soon as possible.
c. in view of road block or flight Cancellation due to High snowfall or any Heavy Rainfall. we will provide credit note for the advance payment or we will reschedule the Tour as per costumers convenience
a. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour or skiing activities due to participant decisions, including early departure, late arrival, or other personal reasons.
