Payments:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid 21 days before your departure from your country/state or upon arrival in INDIA, but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for commencement.

In some cases, such as Special Train Journeys or hotel/resort bookings during peak season (e.g., Christmas and New Year), full payment is required in advance.


Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank account.


Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing or by email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notice, and the charges would be as follows:

  • 21 days prior to arrival: Full Refund (via Credit Note)

  • Within 21 days of arrival: No Refund

Note: Written cancellations are accepted on all working days except Friday. Any cancellation sent on a Friday will be considered on the next working day.

Important:
For travel during Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel the trip after commencement, any refund will be limited and subject to what can be recovered from hotels/contractors. No refunds will be provided for unused hotel stays, missed meals, or unutilized transportation.


Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, if there is a hike in monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India, the same will be charged as extra.

Hasnlay Kashmir Tour and Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. All receipts, exchange orders, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided.

All itineraries are sample schedules and may change due to weather, road conditions, participant health, or other factors. We reserve the right to modify any itinerary for the safety, comfort, and general well-being of our clients.

Hotel and airline rates are subject to change. If changes occur, we reserve the right to revise quoted prices accordingly. Hotel bookings follow standard check-in/check-out times unless otherwise stated in the itinerary.


Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for any delays, program changes, or additional expenses caused by natural hazards, flight delays, accidents, equipment failure, transport issues, weather, illness, landslides, political disruptions, or any other unexpected events.

We are also not responsible for loss, injury, or damage related to accommodation, transport, or other services due to acts of God, accidents, fire, civil disturbances, epidemics, theft, regulations, or other causes beyond our control.

We do not offer any insurance. Clients are strongly advised to secure travel insurance in their home country covering accident, illness, theft, etc. All baggage and personal property are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.
